Hallstatt & Mauthausen

Discover the story behind one of the world’s most historic places: the bus trip to Mauthausen Concentration Camp 1938-1945 will take you to the original camp buildings from the arrival of the first prisoners to their liberation by the U.S. Army. A guided tour through the camp allows you to discover history first-hand. Afterwards, we have organized an exciting culinary experience for you at a typical Austrian tavern. After you’re caught up on last century’s history, we will show you the beautiful nature of the famous “Salzkammergut”. The area is famous for its beautiful lakes and mountains. We will stay in the famous city of “Bad Ischl“, empress Sissi’s favorite holiday retreat.

On Sunday, come with us to the spectacular little village “Hallstatt”, which is so popular in Asia, that they built a full-scale replica of the town in China (we’re not kidding: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ScSs2-l7pTg).

Ride with us through this amazing lake area and feel as immersed in Austrian culture as can be.
