2. Bookings

With the booking of an event you confirm following: I confirm that you I have read and agreed the conditions of travel and payment (available online at www.ebnwu.com and in the EBN office). I agree that that the Erasmus Buddy Network (EBN) is allowed to use pictures/videos taken of the participant during the trip/event. I'm aware of EBN's cancellation policy. Finally EBN reserves its right to cancel bookings against full refund if the number of participants is too small.

Cancellation of participation in a booked event by the contractual partner is only possible before the start of the event. Cancellations are only valid via the following email address: ebn@oeh-wu.at. You will have to provide your full name, phone number and email address. In case of cancellation of an online booking, EBN WU will be forced to charge cancellation fees in the following amounts:
(i) up to 24 hours before the start of the event 10% cancellation fees.
(ii) within 24 hours before the start of the event 100% cancellation fees.
However, for trips, the following cancellation fees and conditions apply:
(i) up to 21 days before the start of the trip 10% cancellation fees.
(ii) within 21 days before the start of the trip 100% cancellation fees.
(iii) exception: Zell am See Trip:
- up to 30 days before the start of the trip 10% cancellation fees.
- within 30 days before the start of the trip 100% cancellation fees.

Every activity which includes transportation in the price is considered a trip. Every activity which doesn't include transportation in the price is considered an event.

In case of the Ski Trip to Zell am See: Declaration of liability
With the booking of a ticket for "Zell am See" you hereby acknowledge that the Erasmus Buddy Network or ÖH WU does not take any responsibility for any potential accidents or injuries. You furthermore confirm that you have an insurance and that you have to pay for the damages you cause.

3. Referrals and links
​
The author is not responsible for any contents linked or referred to from his pages – unless he has full knowledge of illegal contents and would be able to prevent the visitors of his site fromviewing those pages. If any damage occurs by the use of information presented there, only the author of the respective pages might be liable, not the one who has linked to these pages. Furthermore the author is not liable for any postings or messages published by users of discussion boards, guestbooks or mailinglists provided on his page.
