First Welcome Dinner

After a long day full of information at the Introduction Session, we warmly welcome you to join us to our Welcome Dinner at a restaurant serving typical Austrian food. Try the very famous Wiener Schnitzel or our beloved Apfelstrudel in a nice atmosphere.  It’s a great opportunity to connect with other incoming exchange students and buddies and to get to know some of the team members of EBN.

For everyone who is arriving late, there will be a second Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, February 24, 2021!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS EVENT:

For our events we will have the 2G+ rule. This means on top of having to show us your vaccination or recovery certificate you will also have to show us a negative PCR test. Since this is the first event and lots of you have just arrived, we will accept a negative antigen test as well! Please keep in mind that for the future events the antigen tests will not be accepted anymore. This allows us to decrease the risk of covid spreading during our event.

Or you can sign up on https://allesgurgelt.at/en/wien/ and pick up free PCR test kits from BIPA.  You do the test at home and then drop it off at any REWE store near you (BIPA, BILLA, BILLA PLUS or PENNY). 

Keep in mind it takes about 24hours for you to receive your PCR test result so make sure to hand it in on time.
